故障排除

如果出现错误，你可以在查看 论坛 或联系 支持人员 之前尝试以下这些步骤。

  1. 确保计算机上的时间正确。如果计算机本地时间相对慢了 2 小时以上，则可能无法连接。
  2. 检查你是否使用了代理、VPN、防火墙或公司网络进行连接。如果是的话，试着在不使用这些的情况下进行连接，看看是否会有所不同。
  3. 尝试在公司网络或类似环境之外进行连接。
  4. 将你的移动设备用作桌面端的 Wi-Fi 热点，并尝试通过它进行连接。
  5. 尝试从另一个设备（及网络）登录
  6. 对于 iOS 用户，请检查同步状态是否变为绿色。如果没有，请尝试从不同的网络连接。
  7. 如果你遇到图形显示问题，请尝试删除 ~/.config/anytype 下的 GPUCache 文件夹。
