We also ask you to please explain your problem as accurately and detailed as you can. This will later help our Nightly Ops team to go back and try to recreate the bug in and report furthermore to the team. 
Providing a clear and accurate explanation of the bug you encountered will assist our Nightly Ops team in reproducing the issue, which will establish that the problem is widespread and should be escalated to our dev team for more immediate attention.
