5a1c73d7e2 LibGfx+LibWeb: Update definitions of supported font formats and features
Based very scientifically on what's listed here:
https://harfbuzz.github.io/what-does-harfbuzz-do.html

I've moved the code into LibGfx because including a HarfBuzz header
directly from LibWeb is a little unpleasant. But the Gfx::FontTech enum
follows the CSS definitions for font features for simplicity.

TrueType collections are supported. SVG and Embedded OpenType are not,
but they're not widely supported by other browsers so that's fine.

Most of the features are completely supported by HarfBuzz, so we can
just return true. Graphite support is optional (and it appears we use a
build of HarfBuzz without it) but there's a define we can check.
Incremental Font Transfer is a whole separate thing that we definitely
don't support yet.

6f9e56870e CMake: Exclude GlobalFontConfig.h from autogenerated clang module
This header file is never included by any other headers, and including
it would require adding the fontconfig include paths to the swift
interop header generation, which is not desirable.

this commit also introduces GlobalFontConfig class that is now

loaded, this routine does nothing.

CSS filters work similarly to canvas filters, so it makes sense to have
Gfx::Filter that can be used by both libraries in an analogous way
as Gfx::Color.

bd93285811 LibGfx+LibWeb: Do some color management on images with an ICC profile
This patch introduces the `Gfx::ColorSpace` class, this is basically a
serializable wrapper for skia's SkColorSpace. Creation of the instances
of this class (and thus ICC profiles parsing) is performed in the
ImageDecoder process. Then the object is serialized and sent through
IPC, to finally be handed to skia for rendering.

However, to make sure that we're not making all LibGfx's users dependent
on Skia as well, we need to ensure the `Gfx::ColorSpace` object has no
dependency on objects from Skia. To that end, the only member of the
`ColorSpace` class is the opaque `ColorSpaceImpl` struct. Though, there
is on issue with that design, the code in `DisplayListPlayer.cpp` needs
access to the underlying `sk_sp<SkColorSpace>`. It is provided by a
template function, that is only specialized for this type.

Doing this work allows us to pass the following WPT tests:
- https://wpt.live/css/css-color/tagged-images-003.html
- https://wpt.live/css/css-color/tagged-images-004.html
- https://wpt.live/css/css-color/untagged-images-001.html

Other test cases can also be found here:

Note that SkColorSpace support quite a limited amount of color spaces,
so color profiles like the ones in [1] or the v4 profiles in [2] are not
supported yet. In fact, SkColorSpace only accepts skcms_ICCProfile with
a linear conversion to XYZ D50.

be1586850d LibGfx: Started working on TTF font parser.
I'm planning to make this a minimal-allocation TTF parser. This will
speed up start-up time for applications, but have some overhead for
rasterizing glyphs. Which should be okay, since rasterized glyph bitmaps
should be cached anyway.

This commit just adds the loading of the HEAD table.

e7460b6fb4 WindowServer+LibGfx: Move normal window frame painting to a WindowTheme
This patch introduces the ClassicWindowTheme, which is our default
theme implemented as a Gfx::WindowTheme subclass.

In this initial cut, we move normal window frame painting and title
bar metrics helpers out of WindowServer and into LibGfx.

This will eventually allow us much greater flexibility with theming
windows, and also makes it easier to build applications that want to
render a window with a specific style for some reason. :^)

8b71b839fa LibGfx+LibWeb: Add JPEG decoder and integrate with LibWeb
This patch adds support for JPEG decoding. The JPEG decoder is capable
of handling standard 2x1 horizontal, 2x1 vertical and quartered chroma
subsampling. The implemented Inverse DCT performs with a decent speed.

As of interchange formats, since we tend to ignore the metadata in APPn
markers, the decoder can handle any format compatible with JFIF, which
includes EXIFs and sometimes WebMs too. The decoder does not support
progressive JPEGs yet.

4e093a7c23 LibGfx: Add BMP loader
Adds an *almost fully featured BMP loader to process .bmp files.

Features:
- All header formats are supported
- Full RLE4/8/24 support
- Color scaling (e.g. distributing a 5-bit color throughout the 8-bit
color spectrum, so 5-bit white is still 0xffffff)
- Full BITMASK/ALPHABITMASK support

*Not included:
- 1D Huffman compression. Good luck actually finding a bmp in the wild
that uses this
- Use of any field in the V4/V5 header. Color spaces? Endpoints? No
thanks :)

This loader was tested with the images at
https://entropymine.com/jason/bmpsuite/bmpsuite/html/bmpsuite.html. This
loader correctly displays 81 out of the 90 total images (for reference,
firefox displays 64 correctly). Note that not rendering the images at
the bottom is counted as displaying correctly.
